The UYUE 948X heater with a power of 400W is designed for the distribution of lead and lead-free solder on BGA systems found in iPhones.
The main heating plate has a milled hole for BGA systems.
The device has a smooth temperature control in the range of 0-400 ° C.
The heater additionally has the option (threaded holes) to mount an additional flat heating plate on its own to carry out soldering work, e.g. on larger BGA systems or PCBs, PBAs.
