Prohibitions We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of this Website or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it. Out Of Stock Policy We at Baba Tools, try to give the maximum benefit to the customers. Weather that be product price, product quality or product availability. But sometimes things cannot be managed as planned due to the huge volume of transactions everyday in our business. We try our best to keep updating the products which are out of stock with our suppliers, but sometimes they can be out of stock as you order, which is somewhat impossible to manage. Sometimes it can happen that the product you order is not anymore in stock with us. This can be because of various reasons. Like:
  • The product was already out of stock when you made the order.
  • All the products were in stock when your order was confirmed, but after your payment was confirmed, one of the products in your order went out of stock.
  • The product is in stock, but it fails quality check before the order shipment.
Now, in such “Out-of-Stock” cancellation case, we generally have 2 options:
  1. We will ship all the in-stock products that you have ordered first and for products which are out of stock, we will ship it to you immediately once the next shipment of stock arrives. We will not charge you any extra shipping cost for the same.
  2. We will ship all the in-stock products that you have ordered first and for products which are out of stock, we will add cash reward to your Baba E-Wallet
value of the goods which are out of stock. You can use this money as cash to make future orders on our website.   MOST IMPORTANT – COMPLAINTS ABOUT MISSING ITEMS SHALL BE ENTERTAINED ONLY IF YOU HAVE AN UNBOXING VIDEO.! Pricing & Availability of Goods: Baba Tools makes sure that prices and description mentioned the website is accurate and error free. But in some case if something is leftover kindly excuse us. If we find any error in the pricing of the goods, which is being ordered, we will confirm you immediately and re-confirm your order with corrected prices or will ask you to cancel the order and re-order it. If we are not able to contact you, we will consider it as your order is cancelled. In such cases if you cancel, and you have paid already,  Baba Tools, will refund your payment in to your baba tools wallet. Delivery charges will be additional and it will be displayed at the time of check out, in the section of shipping charges. Delay in the Delivery:
  1. If buyer provides incorrect or incomplete delivery information;
  2. If some force majeure incidents, such as natural disasters, bad weather, and war
  3. If any other beyond Baba Tools control, such as public holidays and Customs issues.
  4. If parcel is lost, due to some reasons, it will take some time to compensate and replacement of the same.
Order Cancellation: If the order is not fulfilled due to any reason then the order placed by the customer will be cancelled and the amount used to pay for the order will be directly refunded to baba Tools Wallet. Which can be used anytime to place new order COD Charges: Cash on delivery charges is non-refundable. Dispute & Complaint
  1. Any dispute, between the consumer and the company, regarding the product of the company, shall be settled by way of mediation.
  2. Mediation center of ‘Delhi State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission’ shall have jurisdiction to mediate any such dispute between the parties.
  3. A complaint regarding any product must be registered via an email to support@babatools.in
  4. For registration of any complaint regarding the defect in the product, a video, highlighting the defect shall be mandatorily shared with the company within an appropriate time.

Warranty System

  1. If the product has warranty applicable, then the warranty period starts from the delivery date and time of the first shipment of that product or 5 days from the date and time of the first shipment of that product, whichever is earlier.
  2. Warranty does not cover any damages or losses caused by postal or shipping services (courier company). We recommend you carefully to check the package contents according to packing list in front of postal service or shipping company representative. Also please do not accept the shipment if they are physically damaged or have been opened before delivery.
  3. All defective items being returned must be packed as if they were new and working. Failure to do so may invalidate the warranty.
  4. We are not responsible for goods that are damaged during shipment or misused/abused by the customer/carrier.
  5. If ANY warranty seal is broken or has been tampered with, the product will no longer have any warranty, and we will no longer be liable for the repair or replacement of your product.
  6. Few purchased products except babatools brand like smd , power supply other tools contain only testing warranty
  7. Before you buy any items, please ensure that you have verified compatibility with your requirements and your handset. We will not take any responsibility and will not accept returns for items purchased that are not compatible with your requirements or your mobile phone.
  8. The images shown in product details can be different from the actual product.
